Requirements
The SCADA Design EngineerÂ
Designed SCADA systems for solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy plants.
Developed SCADA architecture, Plant Monitoring Systems (PMS), and communication networks using OFC, Ethernet, Modbus, and CAT-6A.
Prepared Functional Design Specifications (FDS), control philosophy documents, I/O lists, BOQs, cable schedules, and technical specifications.
Integrated SCADA with inverters, weather stations, energy meters, protection relays, SAS, EMS, and grid operator interfaces (SLDC/RLDC).
Configured and validated communication protocols including Modbus, IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC UA/DA, DNP3, and CAN.
Reviewed vendor technical proposals and prepared Technical Evaluation Reports (TER).
Developed and reviewed SCADA network diagrams, tag mapping, control schematics, and wiring diagrams.
