• 5–12 years of relevant HR experience (depending on level)
• Experience in performance management, talent management, or organizational development preferred

Requirements
Performance Management
Drive the end-to-end performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and feedback processes.
Develop and enhance KPI/KRA frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Ensure timely completion and quality of performance evaluations across functions.
Analyze performance data and provide insights for leadership decision-making.
Partner with business leaders to improve employee productivity and accountability.
Talent Management & Excellence
Lead talent review and succession planning initiatives.
Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
Design competency frameworks and career progression models.
Support leadership development and employee capability-building programs.
Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
Learning & Development
Collaborate with L&D teams to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Recommend development interventions based on performance and talent insights.
Track effectiveness of development programs and talent initiatives.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare dashboards and MIS reports related to performance, talent metrics, and workforce trends.
Use HR analytics to support strategic workforce planning.
Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
Ensure communication and change management for performance and talent programs.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of Performance Management Systems (PMS)
