About the Role
Key Responsibilities:-
• Manage hiring for, workshop, production, sales, and support staff.
• Handle employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor employee discipline, grievance handling, and workplace policies.
• Coordinate training programs for technical and non-technical staff.
• Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
• Work closely with department heads for manpower planning.
• Handle shift staffing and workforce management in manufacturing/service operations.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements:-
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, MBA HR preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience in automobile/manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
