About the Role
Ideal Candidate:
12+ years of procurement experience in Renewable Energy, Power, or Infrastructure sectors.
Expertise in large-scale EPC procurement (GW-scale preferred).
Strong commercial, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
Experience in Solar, Wind, BESS, and Self-EPC environments preferred.
Engineering degree required; MBA in Supply Chain/Operations is a plus

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced procurement leader to drive end-to-end sourcing and supply chain management for utility-scale renewable energy projects under a self-EPC model.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic sourcing of transmission line & electrical packages (Transformers, Switchgear, Inverters, SCADA, etc.).
Cost optimization, vendor development, and contract negotiations.
Supply chain planning, logistics, and material availability management.
Risk mitigation, compliance, and procurement digitalization.
Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Projects, Finance, and BD teams.
