About the Role
Key Responsibilities:-
Team Management and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals in the market.
Identify and generate new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation, presentations, and proposals to negotiation and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and facility owners.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients.
Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare periodic sales reports for management.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company offerings.
