About the Role

Key Responsibilities

🔹 HR Operations Leadership
• Lead end-to-end HR Operations including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits, and full & final settlements.
• Ensure seamless employee lifecycle management across PAN India locations.
• Drive operational excellence and standardization of HR processes.

🔹 HRMS & Process Management
• Oversee HRMS administration, employee code generation, and HR portals.
• Ensure accurate employee data management and documentation.
• Lead HR automation and digital transformation initiatives.

🔹 High-Volume & Sales Workforce Management
• Manage HR operations in a high-volume hiring environment.
• Support large sales teams across geographies.
• Ensure strong TAT adherence for onboarding and query resolution.

🔹 Compliance & Governance
• Ensure statutory and labor law compliance across locations.
• Maintain HR SOPs and audit readiness.

🔹 Team Leadership
• Lead and manage a team of 5+ HR professionals.
• Set KPIs, review performance, and build operational capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.

💰 Compensation: As per industry norms (based on last drawn CTC)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Manager – HR Operations (Lead) to drive end-to-end HR operations across PAN India locations. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to high-volume, sales-driven environments and a proven track record of building scalable, process-driven HR frameworks.

This role requires hands-on operational expertise, strong team leadership, and the ability to streamline HR systems and processes for a fast-growing organization.


Key Requirements

✔ 10+ years of experience in HR Operations

✔ Strong expertise in employee lifecycle management

✔ Experience managing PAN India operations

✔ Hands-on experience with HRMS, HR portals & employee code creation

✔ Proven team management experience (5+ team members)

✔ Experience in sales-driven organizations (mandatory)

✔ Background in BFSI sector preferred
