About the Role

Must have 5+ years’ experience of having conceptualised and executed branded activations and events at college campuses, clubs, and festivals pan-India.
Experiential marketing - first-hand experience in creating and executing Live IPs with brands activating in Music and Culture in the youth space in India.
Ability to make project timelines for the team and ensure team members meet deadlines appropriately.
Ability to speak and write in English & Hindi.
Knowledge, experience & proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Google Hangouts, Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
Ability to make detailed presentations and present them with conviction.
Excellent client servicing skills coupled with patience and composure.

This role is for an experienced project manager who specialises in leading the charge all the way from receiving a brief and delivering the solution in the form of a Live/Content hybrid.

You will be the owner of specific branded projects / IPs with immense attention to detail, being the lead point of contact for clients as well as internal stakeholders. You should have a gut for talent curation to be able to liaise with our Talent booking team in identifying and curating Artists for our events/content properties. You must enjoy thinking from a consumer's perspective when liaising with the Production team to develop a plan that works towards enhancing the consumer journey through the event. You must be a passionate marketeer in liaising with our internal marketing team or the brand marketing team to come up with a strategy to amplify the communication around the event / content. You must be excited at the potential of revenue generation, liaising with the Sales & Solutions teams on sales pitches to on-board sponsors and partners or with the ticketing teams to maximise the ticketing potential. You must be keen to service and grow key accounts, while driving client retention, renewals and client satisfaction. And lastly, you must be a highly organised leader who is able to visualise a roadmap (timeline) to deliver projects in a comfortable manner while keeping the rest of the team motivated and aware of challenges based on experience.
