Role and designation will be decided as per the experience. 

Senior person has the freedom of making a team as per their requirements.

• Create sponsoring packages and negotiate with existing and new partners.

• Seek out potential relationship opportunities with both endemic and non-endemic companies.

• Oversee all daily tasks regarding sponsorships.

• Manage the day-to-day operational requirements of each sponsorship, ensuring all rights are delivered, activated and tracked.

• Ensure effective management and planning of all sponsorship rights.

• Work alongside Brand, PR, Advertising, Digital and Content teams to identify new and innovative ways to integrate the product and content portfolio into sponsorship strategy.

• Collaborate across teams and disciplines at Penta Esports (Marketing, Community, Ecommerce, Legal, Player Management, etc.) to activate sponsor’s promotional plans.

• Oversee implementation of branded promotions on broadcasts & events across the esports portfolio.

• Gather market intelligence surrounding esports sponsorship sales and aggregate known information.
