Qualifications- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Tier A or Tier B University.
Experience Required- 15+ years

CTC- upto 30lpa.

Job description

​

o Working with Sales Teams and Client teams to collect project information
o Understanding Current process, bottlenecks and pain Points
o Analysing Data in spreadsheets to arrive at key design metrics
o Architecting Concept Solution using Company’s product Line
o Getting the concept validated with Key Stakeholders- both internal and external
o Working with 2D/3D Layout designers to convert the Concept Solution to Firm
Design
o Driving Throughput/ ROI calculations and Solution Costing
o Reviewing Techno-commercial Proposals and supporting Sales teams in Project
Conversion
o Working closely with Project Delivery teams in delivering the Solution
 Management Skills

o Leading a team of 10+ Solution Design Engineers
o Working closely with Sales Teams and Client teams in delivering a Solution and
driving project conversions
o Working closely with Project Delivery group- Detailed Design, Controls, Software at
various stages of Project Execution.

Key Skill Required

​

o Experience in responding to Large and complex RFQs/RFPs for Warehouse Automation
Systems, Airport Baggage Handling Systems, Conveyor Systems, ASRS Systems, Sortation
Systems etc
o Or Experience in preparing/drafting large and complex RFQs/RFPs for Warehouse
Automation Systems, Airport Baggage Handling Systems, Conveyor Systems, ASRS Systems,
Sortation Systems etc
o Demonstrated ability to understand Current process of the user, bottlenecks, pain Points,
operational numbers, key decision drivers and to have delivered effective solution designs
o Prior Experience in either of the following type of companies:
o International/ Large Domestic Players operating in Warehouse Automation/
Intralogistics Automation, Airport Baggage handling Systems, Conveyor Systems,
Shuttle systems, ASRS Systems, AMRs
o Supply Chain Consulting Companies with exposure to Warehouse Automation
Concepts
o Consultants for Airport Design and Automated Baggage handling Systems
o End user with exposure to RFQ preparation, Design review and Sign off
o Proficiency in Oral and Written English Language is must
o Prior experience in managing team of at least 3 members.
o Basic conceptual understanding of Low level Controls (PLC Systems) and High Level Controls
(IT Software and Servers).
